We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant – Tax & Compliance to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure complete compliance with applicable Indian taxation and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, input tax credit, and related filings.
- Manage TDS/TCS calculations, payments, returns, and certificates.
- Handle Income Tax compliance, including advance tax, tax computations, notices, and coordination for ITR filing.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable ROC/MCA, PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other statutory requirements, wherever applicable.
- Perform GST and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits, assessments, and statutory inspections.




- Monitor changes in Indian tax laws and ensure timely implementation of recent compliance requirements.
- Assist management with tax planning, financial analysis, and other accounting-related matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and Indian tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances in India.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime, ERP, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage compliance deadlines and statutory records.

Preferred

- Experience in FMCG, Ayurvedic, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or E-commerce businesses.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,433.94 - ₹45,782.06 per month
