6) Job Description :

 Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).

 Experience: Exactly 2 to 3 years of core QA/QC experience in LED lighting, luminaire manufacturing, or LED driver assembly plants.

 Testing Expertise: Hands-on experience operating Integrating Spheres, Spectroradiometers, Power Analyzers, LCR meters, HV Testers, Surge Generators, and IP-rating test rigs.

 Standards Knowledge: Deep knowledge of LED standards including IS 16102, IS 16103,



IS 10322, IEC 60598, BIS CRS guidelines, and LM-79/LM-80 reports.

 IPQC & Problem Solving: Hands-on experience in SMT/THT line IPQC, LED binning management, thermal dissipation checks, and RCA/CAPA methodologies.

 TPI Coordination: Proven experience coordinating Third-Party Inspections (TPI), government lab testing (CPRI/ERDA), and customer FAT witnessing.

 Software Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Quality modules in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or local ERP).
