About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and technically knowledgeable Spares Incharge to manage spare parts for our packaging machinery and material handling equipment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining spare inventory, identifying machine components, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely availability of spares for customers and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts for packaging machinery and MHE.
- Identify and understand machine components, spare parts, and their applications.
- Maintain proper records of incoming, outgoing, and available spare parts.
- Coordinate with the service and sales teams for spare-part requirements.
- Prepare spare-part quotations and share them with customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers for spare-part availability, pricing, and procurement.
- Follow up on pending purchase orders and deliveries.
- Ensure minimum stock levels for frequently required spare parts.
- Check received spares for quantity, specifications, and physical condition.
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory records.
- Assist in identifying alternative or compatible spare parts when required.
- Coordinate dispatch of spare parts to customers across India.




- Support the service team in resolving spare-related requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in spare parts, machinery, maintenance, service, or a similar role.
- Basic technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical machine components.
- Valuable understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Ability to read and understand basic machine drawings/manuals will be an advantage.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in packaging machinery, industrial machinery, material handling equipment, automation, or engineering spare parts will be preferred.
