About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our technology/digital operations team in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal software, websites, APIs, automation tools, dashboards, databases, and third-party integrations supporting our business operations.

You will work closely with management and different business teams to understand requirements and convert them into practical, scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Python.
- Build and enhance internal applications, CRM/workflow systems, dashboards, automation tools, and business modules.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Debug issues, troubleshoot applications, and improve system performance.
- Write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct testing and ensure new features work properly before deployment.
- Work with Git/GitHub and follow proper version-control practices.
- Handle API integrations, authentication, data validation, webhooks, and error handling.
- Support deployment, server-related requirements, and system maintenance where required.
- Work with management and non-technical teams to understand business requirements and develop suitable solutions.
- Maintain proper technical documentation and provide regular updates on assigned tasks.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of company, client, employee, and business data.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Python/Backend Development.
- Experience with Django, Django REST Framework, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication,



and third-party integrations.
- Strong database knowledge — MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB or similar.
- Experience with Git/GitHub.
- Good understanding of debugging, testing, performance optimisation, and application security.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frontend coordination will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Linux, or deployment processes will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience working on any of the following will be an added advantage:

- CRM / ERP systems
- Booking or hospitality platforms
- Travel technology
- Event/wedding management systems
- E-commerce platforms
- Workflow/operations management systems
- Automation and dashboard development

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant qualified experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Python and backend development.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently handle development tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with non-technical teams.
- Candidates must be based in Jaipur.
- Jaipur-based candidates will be preferred for this position as the role requires regular work from our Jaipur office.
- This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity.

Compensation

Competitive salary, based on the candidate's last drawn salary, relevant experience, technical skills, and interview performance.

Important Note

We are specifically looking for Jaipur-based candidates for this position. Candidates currently based outside Jaipur who are not already available/settled in Jaipur will not be prioritised for this role.
