Koncept Spaces is a premium tiles and slabs showroom based in Coimbatore, offering a curated range of tiles, 15 mm full-body slabs, marble, granite, natural stones, and other premium surface materials for residential and commercial projects.

Job Role

We are looking for a Sales & Showroom Executive who will be responsible for handling customers, generating and following up on sales, maintaining showroom activities, and taking care of basic day-to-day office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Handling

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles, slabs, marble, granite, and other materials.
- Explain product features, designs, sizes, finishes, pricing, and applications.
- Prepare quotations and share them with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with customers from enquiry to order confirmation.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Showroom Management

- Keep product displays, samples, catalogues, and showroom areas organized.
- Ensure customers receive a qualified and pleasant showroom experience.
- Maintain basic records of samples and products displayed in the showroom.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/godown when required for product availability.

Day-to-Day Office Work

- Handle basic documentation and filing.




- Maintain customer and enquiry records.
- Assist with preparing invoices, quotations, purchase/sales records, and other basic documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, customers, and internal staff when required.
- Make and receive business-related calls.
- Assist with WhatsApp communication and sharing product details with customers.
- Perform other basic administrative tasks required for smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to speak confidently with customers.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Presentable, responsible, and willing to learn about tiles and building materials.
- Prior experience in tiles, marble, granite, sanitaryware, interiors, construction materials, or showroom sales will be an advantage.

Working Style

This is a customer-facing sales role with basic office responsibilities. The candidate should be comfortable switching between showroom sales, customer follow-ups, quotations, documentation, and small day-to-day office tasks.

Experience

0–2 years of experience preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
