Job Summary

AME Systems Solutions Ltd. is looking for a Project Accountant to manage project-related accounting, billing, expenses, vendor payments, collections, documentation, and financial records.

The candidate will coordinate closely with the Project, Purchase, Sales, Stores, and Accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely project accounting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain project-wise accounting records and financial documentation.
- Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit/credit notes, and project bills.
- Track project-wise expenses, revenue, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare and maintain project-wise profitability and cost statements.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up for timely collections.
- Verify vendor bills, purchase orders, work orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Project teams for vendor payment processing.
- Maintain records of GST, TDS, e-invoices, e-way bills, and other statutory documents.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
- Maintain bank, cash, and ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly project MIS and financial reports.




- Track advances received from customers and advances paid to vendors.
- Support project teams in budget and cost monitoring.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and management review.
- Coordinate with the site/project team for billing and expense-related documentation.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or project accounting.
- Experience in engineering, construction, EPC, MEP, fire & safety, or project-based companies will be an advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, e-invoicing, and basic taxation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
