- Handle day-to-day purchase activities for mechanical and engineering requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery time, and payment terms.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and other conditions with suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with the Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Stores, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Purchase mechanical components such as:
- Bearings
- Gears
- Shafts
- Fasteners
- Couplings
- Seals and O-rings
- Pneumatic/hydraulic components
- Valves and fittings
- Motors and mechanical spares
- Fabricated and machined components
- Tools and consumables
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.

Required Technical Knowledge

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical components and engineering materials.
- Ability to understand 2D mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of machining, fabrication, casting, forging, and sheet-metal processes.
- Knowledge of materials such as MS, SS, EN-series materials, aluminium, brass,



etc.
- Understanding of basic dimensions, tolerances, fits, and surface finish.
- Familiarity with mechanical standards and specifications is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
