Key Roles & Focus Domains





Selected candidates will undergo structured rotations before specialization in one of the following domains:

- Operations Management: Supply chain optimization, plant logistics, vendor management, Lean/Six Sigma execution, and shop-floor efficiency.
- Business Solutions: Strategic consulting, sales & dealer network transformation, cross-functional process improvement, and digital go-to-market initiatives.
- Business Analytics: Advanced data modeling, dashboard creation (Power BI/Tableau), trend forecasting, sales performance metrics, and market intelligence.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: MBA / PGDM (Batch of 2025/2026 or recent grads).
- Experience: Freshers (0 years) or candidates with up to 1 year of pre-MBA work experience.
- Technical & Soft Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization software.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Power BI is a strong advantage.
