Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum availability and reliability of gear manufacturing machines.
- Handle maintenance of CNC/VMC, hobbing, shaping, grinding, heat-treatment and other related equipment.
- Monitor machine breakdowns, downtime and MTBF/MTTR.
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality and Stores departments for smooth operations.
- Manage spare-parts planning, inventory and critical spares.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Lead and guide maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Plan annual maintenance, shutdown activities and machine overhauling.
- Control maintenance costs and improve machine efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
