*Designation:* Associate Customer Support / Senior Associate Customer Support

*Eligibility:* Undergraduates and graduates may apply.

*Experience:*

Freshers to less than 24 months - U1

More than 24 months - U2

(Only voice experience to be considered 100% and Non Voice / Backend etc will have 50% weightage)

*Required Skills:*

Excellent voice communication, customer-handling and problem-solving skills

Basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office

Typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 80% accuracy

*Transport:* Two-way transportation will be provided.

*Key Responsibilities:*





- Respond to inbound customer enquiries using cloud-based tools to review accounts, research policies and provide effective solutions

- Deliver timely, accurate and skilled customer service; document contact topics and actions in tools

- Handle difficult customer interactions positively, escalate issues correctly, and maintain productivity and quality standards

*Interview Process:* HR screening, typing test, SVAR assessment (minimum score 60), Operations round, and HR / offer discussion
