E-Commerce Executive – Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels for dermatology, skincare, beauty and healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Nykaa and other relevant marketplaces.
- Create and manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and product information.
- Monitor and process online orders, cancellations, returns and refunds.
- Coordinate with the stock, procurement, warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor product availability, inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
- Track online sales, revenue, orders, returns and overall marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for online promotions, offers and product campaigns.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, product rankings and market trends.
- Handle customer queries,



reviews and marketplace-related issues professionally.
- Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales, product visibility and conversion rates.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management or Online Sales.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Nykaa or similar platforms preferred.
- Positive knowledge of product listing, inventory and order management.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Understanding of online sales, discounts, promotions and marketplace operations.
- Experience in Skincare, Cosmetics, Dermatology, Beauty, Healthcare or D2C brands will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and meet deadlines.
