Key responsibilities

Concept mapping verification

- Review and verify the concept maps (topics, concepts, prerequisites, learning outcomes) across grades.
- Check alignment with major school curricula such as NCERT/CBSE, ICSE/ISC, state boards, Cambridge (IGCSE/A Level) and IB, and fl ag gaps, overlaps and sequencing errors.
- Validate concept names, hierarchy, tagging and mapping against written specifi cations, with close attention to detail and consistency.
- Prepare and process bulk-import and master files, and fix errors found in review.

Assessment creation and validation

- Create an assessment items (objective, short and long answer, unseen passages, writing tasks) mapped to concepts, learning outcomes and difficulty levels.
- Design discrete and banded rubrics and marking schemes for writing and literature responses.
- Enter, upload and validate assessments on our CMS, including bulk uploads, and check formatting, tagging, answer keys and rendering.
- Review items created by others for accuracy, language quality, bias, ambiguity and curriculum fit.

Quality and collaboration

- Maintain checklists, SOPs and error logs, and meet agreed accuracy and turnaround targets.
- Work with academic, tech and QA teams to resolve data and CMS issues.

Required qualifications and skills

- 0–5 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, content development or assessment creation (freshers with strong subject depth may be considered).
- Deep command of grammar, usage, vocabulary,



writing skills and literature (prose, poetry, drama).
- Working knowledge of language and literature syllabi of major boards and international curricula.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Technical comfort: learns new tools quickly, follows written specifications and file formats exactly, and handles structured data in spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar), including formulas, filters and data validation in Sheets.
- Able to work independently, manage deadlines and communicate clearly.

Valuable to have

- Working knowledge of KaTeX/LaTeX for writing and checking special notation and symbols.
- Experience with a CMS, LMS or question-bank platform, or with bulk upload templates.
- Prior experience in edtech, publishing or board-level assessment work.
- Basic familiarity with HTML or Markdown.

Tools and how to apply
