DIGITECH India is a growing digital marketing agency dedicated to delivering cutting-edge and result-driven marketing solutions to clients across various industries. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator with 1+ years of experience to support project coordination, client communication, and day-to-day digital marketing operations.The primary objective of this role is to ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams, timely project execution, effective task follow-ups, and efficient workflow management.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project timelines, task progress, and deliverables, and follow up with respective team members.
- Assist in managing client communication, meetings, and regular project updates.
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, presentations, and project-related documentation.
- Support day-to-day digital marketing operations and coordinate with different teams.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure tasks are completed within defined deadlines.
- Maintain accurate project records and organize client and campaign-related information.




- Identify coordination gaps and assist in improving team workflows and overall efficiency.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing coordination, project coordination, client coordination, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and clients.
- Strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach to task management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to support extended business-hour requirements when necessary.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
