About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Application Operations and Production Support. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stability across a large application portfolio while managing production operations, service management, operational governance, project/program coordination, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical and operational experience and be comfortable working across multiple applications, business domains, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Operations & Production Support

- Provide end-to-end production support for multiple applications.

- Manage and support a large application portfolio.

- Monitor application stability and operational performance.

- Handle both technical and operational aspects of production support.

- Ensure reliable and stable application operations.

2. Service Management & Governance

- Manage Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.

- Drive effective service governance and operational processes.

- Conduct and manage structured service reviews.

- Coordinate with technical and business teams to resolve operational issues.

- Ensure adherence to established operational governance processes.

3. Project / Program Management

- Apply project and program management expertise within a production support environment.

- Coordinate activities across multiple applications and teams.

- Support delivery and operational initiatives.

- Work effectively across multiple business domains and application environments.

4. Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with technical, operational, and business stakeholders.





- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Ensure clear communication and alignment on incidents, problems, changes, and service delivery.

- Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple application environments.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Production Support / Application Operations.

- Strong experience managing multiple applications within a large application portfolio.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end Application Operations and Production Support.

- Hands-on exposure to:

- Incident Management

- Problem Management

- Change Management

- Service Management

- Service Governance

- Operational Governance

- Service Reviews

- Robust Project / Program Management experience.

- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.

The ideal candidate should be a senior production support professional who can independently manage multiple applications and coordinate across technical, operational, and business teams. Strong ownership, communication, governance, and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
