About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Digital Growth Executive to help more businesses discover and adopt our software products. You will use digital channels to identify opportunities, introduce our products, deliver online demonstrations, and guide interested businesses through their decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research relevant businesses and decision-makers through online platforms.
- Start meaningful conversations through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Understand business requirements and explain how our products can help.
- Schedule and deliver online product demonstrations.
- Follow up on enquiries, answer questions, and support product onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Work with the marketing team to improve outreach messages and campaigns.
- Work towards agreed customer acquisition and growth goals.
