he Personal Driver to the Managing Director will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, punctual, and professional transportation to the MD for official, business, and personal requirements as instructed. The driver must maintain strict confidentiality regarding the MD's travel schedules, meetings, business discussions, clients, and other sensitive information.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Driving & Transportation
- Drive the MD safely and professionally to the office, project sites, client meetings, business meetings, airports, hotels, events, and other destinations.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off as per the MD's schedule.
- Plan routes in advance to avoid traffic delays and ensure punctual arrival.
- Use navigation applications and identify alternative routes whenever required.
- Drive responsibly and follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
- Maintain complete focus while driving and avoid unnecessary use of mobile phones.
B. MD's Daily Travel Support
- Be available as per the MD's work schedule and travel requirements.
- Coordinate with the MD's office/PA/HR/Admin team regarding daily travel schedules.
- Be prepared for changes in travel plans and last-minute requirements.
- Assist the MD with loading and unloading briefcases, documents, luggage, or other necessary items when required.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy while accompanying the MD.
C. Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep
- Keep the vehicle clean, neat, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
- Check fuel levels, tyre pressure, engine oil, coolant, battery, brakes, lights, AC, and other essential vehicle conditions regularly.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, insurance, pollution certificate, repairs, and other maintenance requirements as instructed.
- Immediately report any vehicle issue, accident, damage, or unusual noise to the concerned authority.
- Maintain records of vehicle servicing, repairs, fuel, insurance, and other maintenance activities.
- Ensure the vehicle is always ready for the MD's travel requirements.
D. Safety & Security
- Prioritize the safety and security of the MD during all journeys.
- Follow defensive and safe driving practices.
- Avoid rash driving, overspeeding, sudden braking, and other unsafe driving practices.
- Maintain awareness of the surrounding area while picking up or dropping off the MD.
- Ensure the vehicle is parked safely at offices, project sites, hotels, meeting venues, and other locations.
- Immediately inform the MD/concerned authority in case of any emergency or unexpected situation.
E. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the MD's personal and professional activities.
- Do not disclose the MD's travel schedules, meetings, discussions, clients, business information, or personal matters to outsiders or unauthorized persons.
- Do not discuss company matters or conversations overheard during travel with employees, vendors, friends, relatives, or other persons.
- Maintain a respectful, polite, and professional attitude at all times.
- Maintain appropriate personal appearance and grooming while on duty.
F. Airport, Railway & Travel Support
- Pick up and drop off the MD and family members, where instructed.
- Assist with luggage and other travel-related requirements.
- Be available for airport/railway station transfers and outstation travel as required.
- Maintain punctuality during flight/train schedules and ensure sufficient travel time.
G. Official & Administrative Support
- Deliver or collect confidential documents, parcels, or other materials when specifically instructed.
- Visit offices, banks, project sites, hotels, vendors, or other locations for assigned work when required.
- Support the MD's office with basic transportation-related administrative requirements.
- Maintain proper records of official travel, fuel expenses, tolls, parking charges, and other approved expenses.
H. Outstation Travel
- Be willing to travel outside the city with the MD as and when required.
- Ensure the vehicle is properly checked and prepared before long-distance journeys.
- Maintain appropriate rest and driving practices to ensure protected travel during extended journeys.
- Coordinate with the MD/PA regarding travel schedules and stopovers.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
