Business Development Executive – Lead Generation & Sales

AVGC Studios is looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive who can identify potential clients, initiate conversations, send compelling proposals, and convert leads into projects.

What You’ll Do

- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, freelance platforms, databases, email outreach, and other channels
- Identify and research potential clients in Animation, VFX, Gaming, E-learning, Digital Content, Advertising & Media
- Actively search for relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms
- Prepare and submit customized project proposals based on client requirements
- Handle cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and pitch the right AVGC Studios services
- Schedule meetings and manage the lead pipeline from first contact to conversion
- Negotiate commercials and coordinate with internal teams for project closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Consistently work towards lead generation, conversion and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales,



Lead Generation, Inside Sales or International Sales
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer or similar platforms will be highly preferred
- Strong experience in cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Ability to write personalized proposals rather than sending generic pitches
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to understand a client's requirement and identify the right solution/service
- Experience in B2B sales / service-based sales is preferred
- Good understanding of the creative/media industry will be an advantage
- Comfortable working with targets, follow-ups and conversion metrics
- Self-driven, persistent and confident in approaching new clients
