Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating contractors and workers, monitoring site progress, ensuring quality and safety standards, and completing work as per approved drawings and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior execution work at the project site.
- Coordinate and manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling workers, civil workers, and other contractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and BOQ.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure activities are completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at every stage.
- Take measurements and verify completed work for billing purposes.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Interior Designer, vendors, contractors, and clients whenever required.
- Read and understand 2D drawings, working drawings, layouts, and furniture details.
- Identify site issues, coordinate solutions, and report major concerns to the Project Manager.




- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination between different trades to avoid delays.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the store/vendor team for timely availability.
- Maintain daily site reports, work-progress updates, manpower records, and material records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the site.
- Ensure workers follow required safety practices and site rules.
- Inspect finished work and prepare snag/punch lists for rectification.
- Coordinate final finishing, installation, and handover activities.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and other stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out/site execution.
- Valuable knowledge of interior finishing and execution work.
- Ability to read and understand working drawings.
- Knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, gypsum work, painting, flooring, electrical and plumbing coordination.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and finishing standards.
- Strong manpower and contractor coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
