Beegains is a full-service digital agency in Malappuram, Kerala, part of Fourite Group. We help brands across India, the UAE and Canada grow through social media, SEO, PPC, branding, web development and video production.

Role Overview

You will own Beegains' social media end to end: planning content, posting, engaging with the community, and tracking results to grow reach and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the brand's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and others as needed)

Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns

Create, design, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos

Write explicit,



on-brand captions and copy

Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews promptly and professionally

Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh

Monitor performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share monthly reports

Run and optimise paid social campaigns where required

Coordinate with designers, videographers, and the marketing team

Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms

Requirements

1 year of experience managing social media for a brand or business

Good command of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn; knowledge of reels and short-form video

Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools

Strong written communication in English and Malayalam

Basic understanding of social media analytics and Meta Business Suite

Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Good to Have

Experience with Meta Ads

Basic photo and video editing skills

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
