Jan Gramin Vikash Sansthan (JGVS) is looking for a motivated Fundraising & Crowdfunding Executive to build and manage our online and offline fundraising activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for helping JGVS raise funds through crowdfunding platforms, online donations, CSR opportunities, foundations, individual donors and digital fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage JGVS profiles on Give.do, Milaap and other suitable crowdfunding platforms.
- Prepare and submit NGO onboarding and verification applications.
- Research crowdfunding platforms, foundations, CSR opportunities and potential donors.
- Develop fundraising campaigns for education, SC children, women empowerment, health, hygiene and rural development.
- Prepare campaign stories, beneficiary stories, project descriptions, budgets and fundraising appeals.
- Coordinate photos, videos, case studies and impact information from the field team.
- Manage JGVS's online donation and crowdfunding campaigns.
- Promote campaigns through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and email.
- Build and maintain a database of individual donors, CSR companies, foundations and fundraising contacts.
- Prepare professional emails, proposals, concept notes and donor communication.
- Identify CSR companies and suitable CSR funding opportunities.
- Submit online CSR/grant applications and follow up with organisations.
- Maintain a fundraising CRM/MIS containing leads, contacts, applications, follow-ups and funds raised.
- Prepare weekly and monthly fundraising reports.
- Coordinate with the JGVS management and field team to collect beneficiary data and project information.




- Follow up with donors and prospective funding partners until closure.

Required Skills

- Good written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Excellent email and WhatsApp communication skills.
- Knowledge of NGO fundraising and crowdfunding.
- Basic knowledge of CSR and grant applications.
- Good internet research skills.
- MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
- Ability to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Social media knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and communication skills.
- Target-oriented approach.

Important

This is a target-oriented fundraising position. The candidate should be comfortable with regular research, calling, emailing, follow-ups, online applications and donor communication.
