South Indian Routes is a tour operator specializing in customized travel experiences and tour packages across South India. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team and support the smooth planning and execution of customer trips and travel arrangements.

This position is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in travel and tourism operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day tour operations and travel arrangements across South India.
- Coordinate with hotels, drivers, guides, transport providers, activity partners, and other vendors.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating customized tour itineraries.
- Follow up with vendors and confirm bookings and travel services.
- Maintain accurate booking, customer, and operational records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for the smooth handover of confirmed bookings.
- Monitor ongoing trips and assist in resolving operational issues.
- Communicate with customers regarding travel arrangements when required.
- Ensure all confirmed services are delivered as per the itinerary.
- Handle last-minute changes and coordinate suitable solutions with vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and operational records.





Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in travel operations, tourism, hospitality, or a related field are preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of South India destinations and tourism services will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or a related field are preferred.
