ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will operate at the core of our talent growth engine. Your responsibilities include:

Candidate Sourcing: Actively search and source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and specialized recruitment channels.

Resume Screening: Review and screen incoming applications against strict job specifications and role requirements.

Mass Campus Hiring: Spearhead campus recruitment efforts by researching, connecting with, and collecting TPO (Training and Placement Officer) details.

TPO Outreach: Establish communication and build long-term relationships with TPOs via emails, chats,



and calls.

Initial Screenings: Conduct telephonic screening rounds to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and role alignment.

Interview Coordination: Efficiently schedule interviews and manage coordination between candidates and hiring managers.

Pipeline Management: Maintain timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection journey to ensure high engagement.

Database & Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring logs.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, highly professional, and positive experience for all prospective candidates.

HR Support: Assist the broader HR team in achieving key hiring targets and organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree (completed).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

HR Acumen: Basic knowledge or strong interest in HR and recruitment processes is an added advantage.

Remote Work Readiness: Proven self-discipline and ability to work effectively in a remote/WFH environment.

Organization Skills: Strong time-management capabilities with high attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets for managing candidate trackers.

ROLE OVERVIEW

LOCATION - Work From Home (WFH)

WORKING DAYS - Monday to Saturday

DURATION - 3 Months Internship

WEEKLY OFF - Sunday (Fixed)

STIPEND - 5000 (Fixed) + 5000 (Performance based Incentive)

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
