We are looking for passionate and dedicated Montessori & Primary Teachers who can create a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of early childhood and primary education and be comfortable using activity-based and experiential teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons covering phonics, reading, basic mathematics, and general primary-level concepts.
- Use child-centric, hands-on, and activity-based teaching methods.
- Create a supportive, stimulating, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Encourage creativity, participation, and positive learning habits among children.
- Monitor students’ academic and personal development.
- Provide constructive progress updates and communicate effectively with parents.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while handling young learners.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Montessori Teacher Training (MTT), ECCE, PPTTC, D.El.Ed, TTC, or a Bachelor's degree with a recognized teaching certification.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood and primary-level teaching methods.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Malayalam proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
- Passionate and energetic freshers are encouraged to apply.
