Job Title: Learning and Development Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and capable Trainer to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for conducting training programs for new and existing employees, helping them understand company processes, improve their performance, and develop the skills required to succeed in their roles.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and presentation skills, a strong understanding of employee training and development, and the ability to engage and motivate employees.

Prior experience in corporate training, employee training, sales training, or performance management will be an advantage. However, candidates with the right communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Employee Onboarding Training — Conduct training sessions for newly joined employees to help them understand company policies, processes, job responsibilities, systems, and expectations.
- Performance Training — Conduct training programs focused on improving employee performance, productivity, communication, work quality, and overall effectiveness.
- Sales Training — Provide sales training covering sales processes, product/service knowledge, customer handling, communication, objection handling, conversion techniques, and other relevant areas.
- Training Delivery — Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees through presentations, discussions, activities, role plays, and practical exercises.
- Employee Development — Help employees improve their professional skills, confidence, communication, productivity, and overall performance.




- Performance Monitoring — Coordinate with team leads and managers to understand employee performance and identify areas for improvement through training.
- Training Follow-Up — Follow up with employees after training sessions to understand progress, address challenges, and provide additional guidance where required.
- Training Documentation — Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, assessments, employee feedback, and training outcomes.
- Continuous Learning — Stay updated on effective training methods and continuously improve training approaches based on employee feedback and business requirements.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Candidates with a background in Business, Training, Management, Sales, Education, or a related field will be preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Training & Development, HR, Sales, or Learning & Development will be an advantage.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in training, employee development, sales training, HR, or a related field.
- Candidates with prior experience as a corporate trainer, sales trainer, team leader, HR executive, or similar role are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and build rapport with employees.
- Good understanding of employee training and development.
- Ability to conduct onboarding, performance, and sales training.
- Comfortable speaking to and training groups of employees.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Compensation

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, starting from ₹25,000 depending on experience and skills.
