About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting the right educational programs based on their career goals, academic background, and professional aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational and career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Counsel students regarding course structure, eligibility, specialization, fees, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle student queries and provide timely support throughout the admission process.
- Build long-term relationships with students and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline.
- Generate additional leads through referrals, networking, social media, and personal outreach.
- Coordinate with the admission/operations team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Stay updated about available programs, university offerings,



and education-industry trends.

Required Skills

- Strong counseling, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and email communication.
- Ability to understand students' requirements and provide appropriate guidance.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Experience in education counseling, inside sales, telecalling, admissions, or ed-tech will be an advantage.
- MBA Fresher can also apply
