Key Responsibilities
- Understand client and travel-agent requirements, including destination preferences, travel dates, budget, group size, interests, and special requests.
- Design and develop tailor-made inbound travel itineraries covering destinations, sightseeing, accommodation, transportation, meals, activities, experiences, and other services.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, costing sheets, proposals, and detailed itineraries as per client requirements.
- Source and negotiate contracted/net rates with hotels, transporters, guides, restaurants, activity providers, and other local suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service partners to check availability, negotiate the best possible rates, and secure value-added services.
- Handle end-to-end booking and reservation processes for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants, activities, guides, and other travel services.
- Prepare and maintain final itineraries, booking confirmations, vouchers, rooming lists, operational sheets, and other travel documents.
- Monitor bookings, payments, amendments, cancellations, and service confirmations to ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain regular communication with overseas travel agents and clients before, during, and after the tour to ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Team, Sales Team, Accounts Team,
and local suppliers for seamless execution of confirmed tours.
- Take ownership of last-minute changes, service disruptions, emergencies, complaints, and special requests, providing quick and practical solutions.
- Monitor the execution of tours and proactively coordinate with suppliers to ensure all services are delivered as committed.
- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with international travel agents, DMC partners, hotels, transport companies, guides, and other suppliers.
- Follow up with clients and agents for feedback, identify service gaps, and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Indian destinations, hotels, experiences, sightseeing options, transportation, and seasonal travel trends.
- Ensure every itinerary and booking is commercially viable while maintaining the company’s service standards and profitability.
- Support the team in developing new travel products, destination packages, supplier contracts, and special experiences for international markets.
- Ensure all client communication, quotations, bookings, and operational activities are handled with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, responsiveness, and ownership.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
