We are looking for an experienced and passionate *Performance Marketing Faculty/Trainer* to train students in practical and industry-relevant digital advertising skills.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing and be able to explain concepts clearly through practical examples, demonstrations, and real-world campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct training sessions on *Performance Marketing* for students.

* Teach *Meta Ads and Google Ads* *Snap chat ads , Tiktok ads*

* Explain campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.

* Provide practical, hands-on training using real-world examples.

* Teach students how to analyze campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.

* Guide students through campaign planning and optimization techniques.

* Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.

* Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.





* Stay updated with the latest advertising platforms, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements

* Minimum *2 years of experience in Performance Marketing*.

* Strong knowledge of *Meta Ads and Google Ads*.

* Previous experience in *training, teaching, mentoring, or student guidance* is preferred.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to explain technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.

* Good understanding of campaign metrics, optimization, targeting, and reporting.

Salary

* ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month*, based on experience and expertise.
