## Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Orthodontist – Planning to join our Treatment Planning team. The role involves reviewing and planning clear-aligner cases using 3D treatment-planning softwares, providing clinical inputs and coordinating with CAD engineers and other team members to ensure accurate and predictable treatment outcomes, discussing and resolving issues with the treating doctors, conducting webinars and seminars for internal and external training purposes.

MDS orthodontists with minimum three years of experience are welcome to apply.

## Key Responsibilities

- Review patient records, including dental scans, photographs, radiographs and clinical prescriptions.

- Plan clear-aligner treatments using 3D treatment-planning software.

- Review plans made by other team members for tooth movements, staging, attachments, IPR and other clinical elements of aligner treatment plans.

- Provide accurate clinical inputs to CAD engineers for treatment-plan development and modifications.

- Approve, reject or recommend changes to aligner treatment plans based on clinical requirements.

- Ensure that every treatment plan is clinically appropriate, accurate and aligned with the prescribed treatment objectives.

- Coordinate with CAD engineers, dentists,



orthodontists and other internal teams to achieve the desired treatment outcome.

- Resolve dental, orthodontic and treatment-planning queries raised by internal teams and external treating doctors.

- Review complex or escalated cases and recommend appropriate clinical solutions.

- Assist sales teams for enhancing conversions with respect to accurate, predictable plans and proactively interact with treating doctors

- Maintain treatment-planning quality and ensure adherence to defined clinical protocols.

- Complete assigned cases within the prescribed timelines.

- Remain updated on clear-aligner planning techniques, orthodontic protocols and relevant clinical developments.

## Requirements

- MDS in Orthodontics from a recognised institution.

- Min 3 years of relevant experience

- Sound understanding of orthodontic diagnosis, treatment planning and biomechanics.

- Understanding of clear-aligner treatments, attachments, IPR and tooth-movement principles.

- Familiarity with 3D aligner-planning softwares

- Aligner certification or prior experience in clear-aligner treatment planning is preferred.

- Solid clinical judgement and problem-solving ability.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical accuracy.

- Ability to coordinate politely but effectively with clinical, CAD and cross-functional teams.

- Self-driven, quick to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
