We are looking for a Procurement & Service Coordinator responsible for coordinating service activities across different sites/projects while also managing the procurement of materials, equipment, spare parts, and project requirements. The role involves coordinating with technicians, suppliers, project teams, and management to ensure that service requirements and procurement activities are completed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare purchase requests and material requirement lists based on project and service requirements.
- Source suppliers and vendors and obtain quotations and competitive prices.
- Compare quotations based on price, quality, availability, delivery time, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmation, delivery schedules, transportation, and payment requirements.
- Coordinate with the accounts/purchase team regarding invoices and supporting documents.
- Receive and monitor service complaints and maintenance requirements from different sites.
- Assign technicians according to the location, nature, and urgency of the service requirement.
- Identify spare parts and materials required for service and coordinate their procurement.
- Maintain records of pending, ongoing,



and completed service calls.
- Coordinate with customers/site teams regarding service schedules and completion.

Ideal Candidate:

- Previous experience in procurement/purchase, service coordination, or project coordination will be preferred.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive communication skills with suppliers, technicians, customers, and internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, purchase requirements, and service requests simultaneously.
