Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can ideate, shoot, edit, and manage engaging social media content. The ideal candidate should have strong CapCut video editing skills, understand current social media trends, and be comfortable creating talking-head and fast-cut content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and trend-driven content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and develop creative content ideas based on brand objectives and audience interests.
- Shoot and edit talking-head videos, reels, fast-cut videos, promotional videos, and short-form content.
- Handle professional video editing using CapCut.
- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, music, B-roll, graphics, and other elements to improve viewer retention.
- Manage and maintain social media content calendars.
- Assist with social media management, including posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, and basic community engagement.
- Research current Instagram/Reels trends, formats, sounds, and content styles.
- Continuously experiment with new content formats to improve reach and engagement.
- Work closely with the creative/marketing team to execute campaigns and content strategies.

Required Skills

- Qualified-level CapCut editing skills.




- Strong understanding of fast-cut and talking-head video editing.
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and audience retention.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content trends.
- Basic knowledge of social media management.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple content requirements.

Preferred

- Experience managing business/brand social media accounts.
- Basic shooting/videography skills.
- Knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Previous experience creating content for brands, businesses, or creators.

Someone who doesn’t just edit videos, but understands why a piece of content works — from the first 3-second hook to the final CTA.
