About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Photographer & Videographer to capture, produce, and edit high-quality photographs and videos that showcase our students, staff, school activities, events, and overall campus life.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, an understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to capture natural and engaging moments.

Key Responsibilities

Photography

- Capture high-quality photographs of school events, celebrations, classroom activities, student projects, performances, sports, and special occasions.
- Take candid and professionally composed photographs of students, teachers, and school activities.
- Maintain an organised digital archive of photographs.
- Select, edit, retouch, and enhance photographs for social media, website, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure photographs represent the school's brand, values, and visual standards.

Videography

- Plan, shoot, and produce videos for school events, activities, celebrations, promotional campaigns, and social media.
- Capture engaging short-form videos, reels, interviews, testimonials, and event highlights.
- Handle camera, lighting, audio, and other video equipment effectively.
- Edit footage into polished and engaging videos suitable for Instagram, YouTube, the school website, and other platforms.
- Add appropriate transitions, text, music, subtitles, and graphics while maintaining a qualified aesthetic.

Content Creation

- Collaborate with the school's management, teachers, and marketing/social media team to understand content requirements.
- Develop creative ideas for reels, event coverage, promotional videos, and storytelling content.
- Stay updated with current photography, videography, editing,



and social media trends.
- Ensure content is visually consistent with the school's identity and communication style.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Photography, Videography, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in photography and videography.
- Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, framing, colour correction, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating social media content and reels is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
- Ability to work flexible schedule during school events and special programmes.
