Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably with exposure to e-Governance projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering projects within defined timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage IT and e-Governance projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, stakeholders, vendors, and other project partners.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, resources, and overall delivery status.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timelines, quality standards, and requirements.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management.
- Manage project documentation, reports, schedules, and other relevant records.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor quality and ensure adherence to project processes and standards.




- Handle stakeholder communication and address project-related concerns effectively.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical project issues.
- Support resource planning and effective utilization of project resources.
- Maintain proper communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Mandatory / Relevant Skills

- Solid IT Project Management experience.
- Experience in e-Governance project delivery will be highly preferred.
- Strong project planning, monitoring, and coordination skills.
- Excellent knowledge of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Strong issue identification and resolution skills.
- Good stakeholder and team management skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and documentation.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- BE/B.Tech/MCA required.
- MBA, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification will be preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in IT Project Management.
- Candidates with experience in e-Governance projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
