Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing:

- End-to-End Editing: Assemble, edit, and export high-quality video content from raw footage for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
- Post-Production Magic: Perform color correction, color grading, audio mixing, sound design, and incorporate motion graphics and VFX to polish videos.
- Storytelling: Shape raw footage into engaging narratives with strong pacing, ensuring the final product aligns with the project’s objective and audience.

Graphic Design:

- Visual Asset Creation: Conceptualize and design static visuals, including social media graphics, digital ads, email banners, video thumbnails, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Brand Guardianship: Ensure all designs and videos strictly adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color palettes, and overall visual identity.
- Visual Communication: Translate complex concepts and marketing messages into clear, aesthetically pleasing, and highly engaging visual designs.

Workflow & Collaboration:

- File Management: Maintain a highly organized file management system for raw media, project files, assets, and final deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with copywriters,



marketing managers, and stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and execute creative briefs.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current design trends, social media algorithms, and current content formats to keep our brand relevant and competitive.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: [2–5] years of professional experience as a Video Editor, Graphic Designer, or in a similar hybrid creative role (A strong portfolio and video showreel are required).
- Video Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro.
- Design Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Core Design Skills: Deep understanding of layout, composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management, ability to juggle multiple tight deadlines, strong communication skills, and a high receptiveness to constructive feedback.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
