Design and Planning

- Route selection: Analyze terrain, environmental impact, and land use to determine optimal transmission line routes.
- Line design: Design structures (towers, poles), conductor configurations, and insulation systems based on voltage levels, load requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Electrical design: Calculate line parameters such as impedance, capacitance, inductance, and corona effects.
- Structural analysis: Perform stress and load analysis for towers and poles under various conditions (wind, ice, seismic).
- Material selection: Choose suitable materials for conductors, insulators, towers, and accessories.
- Technical Analysis
- Load flow studies: Ensure the transmission system can handle present and future electricity loads.
- Short-circuit and stability analysis: Verify that the system remains secure during faults or disturbances.
- Thermal analysis: Ensure that conductors and equipment can safely carry current without overheating.

Project Management

- Scheduling:



Plan and monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Coordination: Work with civil engineers, environmental experts, land surveyors, utility companies, and government agencies.Regulatory and Environmental Compliance
- Permitting: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for land use and environmental impact.
- Safety standards: Design in accordance with national/international codes (e.g., IEEE, IEC, NESC) to ensure safety and reliability.

Construction Support

- Site inspections: Visit project sites to verify construction progress and adherence to designs.
- Technical support: Provide guidance during erection of towers, stringing of conductors, and installation of hardware.
- Quality assurance: Inspect materials and construction methods to meet engineering and safety standards.

Pay: ₹328,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
