We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow Brewkspace's digital presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, monitoring trends, and driving audience engagement and business enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Prebicon's brand and business objectives.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create and publish engaging posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, videos, and other social media content.
- Develop creative captions, hooks, scripts, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Create content around real estate, land, property, architecture, interiors, construction, and investment.
- Identify and leverage relevant social media trends and formats.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, architects, and other internal teams for content creation.
- Manage and grow the company's social media communities and audience engagement.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
- Track reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, leads, and other key performance metrics.
- Analyse social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Recommend improvements based on analytics and audience behaviour.
- Support paid social media campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new content and marketing opportunities.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging,



and visual identity across platforms.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing Reels and short-form video content.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Positive understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads/paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple content activities and deadlines independently.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, interiors, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
- Portfolio of previous social media work is preferred.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of Prebicon's social media presence, bring fresh content ideas, understand our real estate and design-focused businesses, and convert social media activity into meaningful audience engagement and business enquiries.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
