Role

Lead the company's Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Market Expansion across India and international markets. Drive revenue growth, key-account development, strategic partnerships and sales-team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop new business across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Cement, Fertilizers and Heavy Engineering.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, PSUs, EPCs, industrial customers and distributors.
- Lead key negotiations, major tenders, institutional sales and strategic accounts.
- Expand domestic and international markets and develop new channel partners.
- Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team and establish performance KPIs.
- Strengthen CRM, sales pipeline, forecasting and market intelligence.
- Represent the company at major exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings.

Candidate Profile





- 14–22 years of experience in B2B industrial sales/business development.
- Minimum 5–7 years in a senior sales leadership role preferred.
- Strong experience in compressors, compressor spares, valves, rotating equipment or heavy engineering preferred.
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred; MBA is an advantage.
- Strong industry network, negotiation skills and proven business-development track record.
