TNEB Helper – Contract Job

Position: Helper
Employment Type: Contract – 6 Months
Employer: Ezhira Workforce Solutions
Work Location: TNEB-related worksite
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Weekly Off: 1 day per week (any weekday, based on work schedule)
PF & ESI: Applicable as per company rules/statutory eligibility
Qualification: No specific educational qualification required

Job Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Help workers with general site-related activities.
- Carry, arrange, and shift materials as instructed.
- Assist with moving tools, materials, and other items at the worksite.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned work area.
- Perform other general helper/assistant duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Significant Safety & Work Scope

- No electrical-line work is involved.
- The helper will not touch, handle, or work on electrical lines or electrical connections.
- No technical electrical qualification is required.




- Work is limited to general helper, loading/unloading, material handling, and assistant duties.
- Employees must follow the safety instructions given by the site supervisor.

Eligibility

- No specific educational qualification required.
- Freshers can apply.
- Physically fit candidates suitable for loading, unloading, and general helper duties can apply.

Employment Terms

- Contract Period: 6 months.
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000.
- PF & ESI: Provided subject to applicable statutory eligibility.
- Weekly Holiday: One day per week, any weekday as scheduled.
- This is a contract position through Ezhira Workforce Solutions and not direct employment with TNEB.
