Key Responsibilities:
✔ RERA compliance & submissions
✔ Tally accounting & real-estate accounting
✔ Coordination with CA for filings and compliance
✔ Cash-flow forecasting & projections
✔ Project-wise cash-flow & budgeting
✔ Vendor payments & ledger management
✔ MIS reporting & financial analysis
