Job Title – General Manager (Accounts & Finance)

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead the finance and accounting function, ensure financial discipline, and support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial planning, accounting, taxation, compliance, audits, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead overall accounts and finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting and cash-flow management.
- Ensure accurate accounting, timely closing of books, and preparation of MIS and management reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, income tax, statutory compliance, audits and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee working capital, receivables, payables, banking and fund management.
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial controls and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks,



consultants and statutory authorities.
- * Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business decisions.
- * Lead, mentor and manage the accounts and finance team.

Education Qualification:-

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.

Experience & Skills:-

- 12+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG/packaging environment.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, GST and statutory compliance.
- Excellent financial analysis, budgeting and MIS reporting skills.
- Robust leadership, communication and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
