Job Summary

EarlyVentions is looking for a creative and hands-on Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

The role involves working closely with the Director and travelling to different EarlyVentions centres, events, meetings and other locations within Bangalore to shoot and create engaging video and visual content.

We are looking for someone who can manage the complete content creation process — shooting, editing, designing and preparing content for social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel with the Director to different locations across Bangalore for content shoots, meetings, events and other engagements.
- Shoot high-quality videos and photographs using a smartphone and/or DSLR camera.
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, YouTube content and LinkedIn videos.
- Edit interviews, event videos, educational content, behind-the-scenes footage and promotional videos.
- Design social media creatives, posters, thumbnails, banners and other marketing materials.
- Assist in developing creative content for the Director's personal brand and EarlyVentions.
- Handle basic video production requirements including framing, lighting, camera angles and audio.
- Organise and manage video/photo footage and creative assets.
- Work closely with the Director and marketing team to understand content requirements and deliver creatives on time.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats and content styles.





Required Skills

- Strong video editing skills.
- Good graphic design skills.
- Hands-on experience with smartphone video shooting and/or DSLR photography/videography.
- Understanding of framing, composition, lighting and basic audio.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn content.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage a shoot and deliver final content.
- Good communication and organisational skills.

Significant Requirement

The candidate must have their own laptop/device and the required software/tools necessary for video editing and graphic designing.

The candidate should also be comfortable travelling within Bangalore as part of the job.
