About the Role

Wig-O-Mania is a UK hair brand and an established specialist in wigs, hair replacement and hair solutions in India since more than 17 years

We are looking for a mature, experienced and highly responsible manager to work alongside our long-standing Studio Director and develop into a strong second-in-command for our Chennai studio.

This is not a routine salon supervisor position.

We need someone who has already demonstrated the ability to manage people, handle customers, take decisions and work independently.

The successful candidate will be trained in our specialised wigs and hair-replacement business. Previous experience in this industry is not essential. What matters more is your management experience, maturity, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership, responsibility and show of commitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day studio operations.
- Lead staff and maintain discipline, productivity and service standards.
- Manage appointments, consultations and client services.
- Handle customers, complaints and difficult situations professionally.
- Drive sales, enquiries, follow-ups, conversions and repeat business.
- Monitor CRM, appointments, sales and essential management reporting.
- Learn our specialised products, services and consultation process.
- Work closely with the Studio Director and progressively take on greater responsibility.
- Be capable of independently managing the studio whenever the Studio Director is unavailable.

Who Are We Looking For?

Ideally 6–10+ years of professional experience, including meaningful experience managing both people and customers.

Previous experience in wigs or hair replacement is an advantage but not necessary — full product and business training will be provided.

Working Hours – Please Read Before Applying

Normal working hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, six days a week.

The weekly holiday will be between Monday and Friday.

Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working days.

As this is a senior client-facing management position, reasonable flexibility is expected if an ongoing client consultation or service extends beyond the normal 8:00 PM closing time.

Candidates requiring weekends off or a strict 8:00 PM departure every day should not apply.

Compensation

₹40,000–₹45,000 per month

An annual bonus based on individual and company performance is applicable.

Final salary will depend on experience, maturity, management capability and overall suitability for this senior position.
