US IT Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience, including freshers with a strong interest in US IT recruitment, are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen IT candidates for US-based requirements.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work toward recruitment targets and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/US IT recruitment.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment can apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT recruitment and sourcing is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a US shift.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
