Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to manage and grow retail, dealer, and contractor networks across assigned field territories. In this role, you will be responsible for merchant onboarding, order collection, relationship management, and driving engagement for brand loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Visits & Relationship Building: Conduct daily field visits to retail outlets, auto spare parts dealers, construction sites, and contractors to build long-term business relationships.
- Order Generation: Take orders, follow up on customer inquiries, and identify new business opportunities within your designated territory.
- Loyalty Program Rollout: Enroll and engage key stakeholders (contractors, mechanics, retail dealers) into client loyalty and incentive programs.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Reporting: Maintain and report daily visit logs, merchant feedback, and pipeline activity to the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Experience:



Minimum 6 months to 2 years of prior experience in B2B/B2C field sales or channel distribution (Experience in building materials, sanitaryware, FMCG, paints, automotive spare parts, or lubricants is preferred).
- Vehicle & License: Must own a two-wheeler/bike and possess a valid driving license (mandatory for daily field travel).
- Mobility: Comfortable with regular, on-the-ground travel across assigned local markets.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 10–15 days are strongly preferred.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and negotiation skills in local languages.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on interview performance and experience).
- Travel allowance / Fuel reimbursement as per company policy.
- Attractive performance incentives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
