Job Overview

INNOMATRICS TECHNOLOGIES is looking for a motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our development team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and be comfortable developing responsive web applications, REST APIs, and integrating third-party services.

Candidates with real-world projects, internships, freelance experience, live websites, or strong academic projects are encouraged to apply.

Freshers with robust practical MERN Stack knowledge are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN Stack.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB for data storage, queries, collections, and basic schema design.
- Work with Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, and Hosting.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Deploy applications using Vercel, Netlify, or Firebase Hosting.
- Debug and troubleshoot frontend and backend issues.
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers.
- Learn and implement new technologies when required.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.




- Strong understanding of JavaScript and ES6+.
- Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Understanding of responsive web development.
- Experience or understanding of REST API development and integration.
- Basic MongoDB queries and schema design.
- Basic Firebase knowledge.
- Git/GitHub knowledge.
- Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of frontend-to-backend data flow.
- Good problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills

- Redux, Context API, or other state-management solutions.
- Firebase Cloud Functions.
- Vercel, Netlify, or Firebase deployment.
- Basic CI/CD knowledge.
- Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Third-party API integration.
- Payment gateway integration.
- Basic AWS knowledge.
- Understanding of Agile development practices.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong interest in full-stack web development.
- Good understanding of the MERN Stack.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Practical project experience is preferred.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Work from office is mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from our BTM Layout, Bengaluru office.

Experience

3–6 months preferred.

Freshers with strong practical MERN Stack projects are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with 1+ year of relevant experience will have an advantage.





Internship, freelance, academic, and live project experience will also be considered.

Education

Any educational background is acceptable. Practical technical skills and project knowledge are more important than qualification.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Final compensation will depend on skills, practical experience, project knowledge, and interview performance.
