MIS Executive cum Back Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily MIS/Excel data and prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Maintain customer-wise payment status, pending payment & follow-up reports.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments, documents and project requirements.
- Maintain and track Channel Partner data and leads.
- Regularly follow up with Channel Partners regarding leads, customers, payments and project status.
- Track Channel Partner leads from lead generation to conversion, payment and installation.
- Prepare Channel Partner-wise lead and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Procurement, Service/Installation Teams and Management.
- Follow up with the Solar Material/Procurement Team regarding material availability and delivery.
- Handle PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana portal-related customer data and follow-up.
- Share confirmed customer details with the Service/Installation Team after payment confirmation.
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, payment, Channel Partner and project records.




- Perform other MIS and back-office coordination activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
- Strong customer and Channel Partner follow-up skills.
- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Robust knowledge of lead tracking and payment follow-up.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple records and tasks accurately.
- Responsible, detail-oriented and target-oriented.
- Solar/Electrical industry experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in MIS, Advanced Excel and Back Office Operations.
- Experience in Customer Payment Tracking & Follow-up.
- Experience in Channel Partner Management, Data Maintenance & Lead Tracking.
- Experience in customer/project coordination.
- Solar/Electrical/Renewable Energy industry experience preferred.
- Experience with PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana will be an added advantage.
