Function Description: CBU –Voice Handles consumer credit bureau inquiries by investigating and contacting the credit bureau agencies to update card member information.
Purpose of the Role: Requires a very thorough/ careful investigation using a range of credit details available from different sources, checking/correcting the credit bureau reporting’s basis card member history and current status and resolve card member concerns via calls and emails.

- Bachelor’s degree

- Not more than 5 years of difference between highest education degree completion date and

- Joining date

- Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills

- A willingness to learn and adapt to recent tasks and challenges• Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Should be comfortable working in night shifts window (6:30 PM - 3:00 AM IST)

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Proficiency in the English language.
