Guest Relations: Welcome guests, assist with reservations or seating, present menus, make recommendations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal. Station Supervision: Check table settings, cleanliness, and side-station inventory before service begins. Order & Table Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, coordinate with the kitchen, and oversee the sequence of service. Team Leadership: Conduct pre-shift briefings, train and mentor junior servers and busboys, and assign station tasks. Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve service issues immediately. Billing & Reporting: Present bills, process payments, and provide end-of-shift sales and feedback reports to the restaurant manager.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
