Designation : CRM Solution Architect & Backend Integration Engineer (Zoho Ecosystem)

About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong CRM Solution Architect & Backend Integration Engineer to build, customize, and maintain our CRM ecosystem. This role involves working on Zoho CRM customization, business workflow automation, backend API development, and third-party integrations to create a scalable business technology system. The ideal candidate should have experience in understanding business processes and converting them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Zoho CRM Development

- Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, workflows, and Blueprints.
- Build and maintain CRM automation processes.
- Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting.
- Manage CRM data structure, permissions, and user roles.
- Optimize CRM workflows for sales, operations, and customer lifecycle management.

2. Backend & API Development

- Develop and maintain backend APIs for CRM integrations.
- Build REST APIs and webhook-based integrations.
- Handle data synchronization between multiple platforms.
- Manage authentication, API security, and error handling.

3. System Integrations

Work on integration between:

- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Books
- Website platforms
- Mobile applications
- Payment gateways
- Internal business portals

Responsibilities include:

- Customer data synchronization
- Payment status updates
- Invoice/payment information flow
- Automated workflow triggers

CRM Automation & Business Process Management

Build automation for:

- Lead management
- Sales pipeline movement
- Follow-ups
- Notifications
- Payment workflows
- Operations handover
- Customer communication

5. Development Collaboration

- Work closely with frontend developers, product teams, and operations teams.
- Understand frontend requirements and provide backend architecture and APIs.
- Support internal tools, dashboards, and business applications.

Required Skills Mandatory

- Strong experience with Zoho CRM customization
- Zoho Blueprint and Workflow automation
- Deluge scripting
- Zoho CRM API and Webhooks
- REST API development
- Backend development experience in anyone: o Node.js / NestJS o Python Django / FastAPI o Java Spring Boot
- Database knowledge: o PostgreSQL o MySQL

Preferred Skills

- Zoho Books integration experience
- Razorpay/payment gateway integration experience
- Experience with CRM-based applications
- Cloud deployment knowledge (AWS preferred)
- Understanding of system architecture and integrations
