Job Summary

We are looking for our client a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our pharmaceutical Quality Assurance team at Kala Amb Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical QA and a solid understanding of GMP, documentation, quality systems, and compliance requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing and quality processes comply with approved procedures, regulatory requirements, and established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and established quality standards.
- Review and verify manufacturing activities and documentation as per approved procedures.
- Perform line clearance and ensure proper compliance before and during manufacturing operations.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Packing Records (BPRs), logbooks, and other production-related documents.
- Ensure proper implementation and adherence to SOPs throughout manufacturing operations.
- Monitor in-process activities and identify quality-related discrepancies.

Documentation & Quality Systems

- Review and maintain QA documentation, records, and reports.
- Handle and support documentation related to deviations, CAPA, change controls, and investigations.
- Ensure timely closure of quality-related observations and corrective actions.
- Support preparation and review of SOPs, formats, specifications, and other quality documents.




- Ensure proper documentation practices and data integrity.

Audits & Compliance

- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and inspections.
- Assist in responding to audit observations and tracking CAPA implementation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide QA support during manufacturing, packing, and other operational activities.
- Escalate quality deviations and critical observations to senior management in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold any of the following qualifications:

- B. Pharma
- M. Pharma
- B.Sc.
- M.Sc.

Required Experience & Skills

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance.
- Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR review, line clearance, and quality documentation.
- Basic knowledge of Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, and investigation processes.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
