Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff.
- Monitor daily sales and achieve store targets.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Monitor billing and cash-handling activities.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and operational standards.
